Presented in partnership with the Waukegan Park District, this family-friendly walk is a wonderful introduction to birding. Beginning at the Haines House Museum, participants will learn how to identify common birds by both sight and sound while exploring the beautiful natural areas of Bowen Park. Binoculars will be available to borrow, and experienced birders from Lake County Audubon Society will be on hand to help participants of all ages discover the birds that call Waukegan home.

Advance registration through the Waukegan Park District is required.
