RLAS BPAC Bilingual Nature Walks

A collaboration between the Round Lake Area School District Bilingual Parents Advisory Committee and Lake County Audubon Society, the bilingual nature walk program aims to create a welcoming space for Round Lake families and support their interest in the outdoors. Walks focus on the observation of birds, plants, insects, and other animals while sharing stories and experiences inspired by these observations.

Walks are facilitated by board member, Refugio Mariscal. Refugio is also a RLAS alumni and former faculty member.
