Platform Erected 2/20/09 at Almond Marsh Forest Preserve. It was a coordinated
effort between Lake County Audubon, Lake County Forest Preserve and Integrated
Lakes Management. This platform was modeled after the original design created by
the Asctney Mountain Audubon Society. It was originally built for the Weathersfield
Heron Rookery in Vermont. Below are pictures of the Almond Marsh platform
