Bluebird Monitoring
This is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while helping restore the
Bluebird population in Lake County.
The trails that need monitors are located as follows:
In the Northwest -
Rollins Savanna Forest Preserve
McDonald Woods Forest Preserve
Grant Woods Forest Preserve
In the Northeast -
Lyons Woods Forest Preserve
In the Southeast -
Berkeley Prairie Forest Preserve( 8 boxes)
Daniel Wright Woods Forest Preserve (6 boxes)
Central -
Independence Grove Forest Preserve
In the South-central -
Long View Meadow [Rts 22 & 83] (7 boxes)
